Electro Magnetic Pulse

History and Discovery channel Canada have been talking about EMP weapons as the next wave WMD, being experimented with by the Russians and the U.S. since the seventies. Every electronic device would be permanently fried by the blast. I think that I prefer this over atomics actually, much cleaner. The more that I learn about weapons technology, the more I feel that basic survival skill are valuable. When the lights go out and the tap doesn't run, you are on your own.
