Electrochem Etching?

Hey folks,
I'm looking into getting a etching machine, I've got a rather large customer wanted to put his logo on my blades and giving them away to his sponsors. I've about a billion and a half websites, tutorials and etc. on these things. Are they that easy to make and do they work as good as one you would buy? What "store bought" models work best for the price? I figured this is probably one of those things that you get what you pay for. Any info would be appreciated.

I use a Marking Methods and love it. Im sure there are similar machines for less but for me I dont want to make equipment I want to make knives. I have seen them on Ebay for around $300. They have good chemicals too.
