I had this knife listed on the forums a few months ago and it sold. I recently got it back on a ivory trade.It was listed for considerably more than I am listing it today so some one is going to get a really good deal considering the hours I had in building this knife and the scrimshaw.
Knife OAL; 8 inches
Blade; 4 3/8 inches ground from 1095 and 15N20 Damascus. Hollowed bleeder with rounded and file worked spine.
Handle; A pristine piece of pre-ban Elephant ivory with NO voids, cracks or color imperfections. Black acrylic guard which is file worked with brass spacer. Black acrylic pommel with brass spacer and also file worked. I scrimshawed a baby Elephant standing between its mothers legs on the top of the handle.Knife comes with the two cast resin Elephant display. Knife is also signed and numbered. I also have the other piece of pre-ban Elephant Ivory from this tusk that I did this handle from on the knife materials for sale forum.It is some really beautiful ivory.Anyway any and all comments are always appreciated so thanks a bunch for taking a look.
