Retro patterns in high carbon and limited production? It could happen but the pricing would be in the GEC/Canal Street/Queen/Case range. I'll just stay with American made, thank you.
 
Nowadays you can't even find rough rider elephant toenails. They are non existent. SMKW has one atm and it's imitation turquoise handle. Not the prettiest IMO.

Kind of saddened by it. It's my favorite pattern so far and it doesn't look like ill get to own one. A elephants toenail in a case pattern would cost several hundred. I been paying attention to online auctions for one.

I never knew a pattern could be so rare and expensive.
