Elephant Toenails, or Sunfish!

Does anyone know of a maker who can do a elephant toenail, or sunfish for less than$500, ideally less than $400? All I can find is Don Hanson, and his knives while incredible are a bit too expensive!!

Slipjoint, bone, double bolsters, single blade in a good stainless, Im open from there though!
