JT, your order was boxed and ready to go to Fedex today. You requested a refund due to your impatience, which I want no part of...so I refunded your money. We've shipped over 1200 orders this month, so there is a line to wait in....this isn't Amazon.com with a hundred employees working in the shipping department, it's just me shipping, packing, building forges, building burners, making burner flares, sweeping the shop, etc...you get the idea...when we have a huge influx of orders during our busy season, things get a little slower, it's just the nature of how many hours there are in a day. You asked in your order that I bump you to the head of the line, but that is not fair to my other customers. I'm sorry you waited until the last minute to put your order for stuff in, but poor planning is not my fault. It states on my website that if you select priority overnight shipping, your order will get priority handling...I assume if you order it that way, you need it the next day and I make every effort to get that done. You just selected regular shipping.
Finally, requesting a refund takes more time for me away from getting stuff done for others, our younger generation seems to believe in instant gratification more than anything these days, I'm literally seeing more and more of this type of thing.
Finally, all orders that are in by the date specified on our website are shipping before we head out of town, with the exception of anything that is on backorder.
Well, we're off to the beach, just 50 more packages to box up and ship...
