Hello Friends, let me to offer to You my last finished couple of kitchen tools.

PM ELMAX steel blade, hardened and tempered in vacuum furnance to secondary hardness 61HRc.
Blades get hand satin finish, spines and ricassos are rounded for comfort and safety using. Handles are made by Black and Orange G10.
Exceptionally blades are not signed to keep smooth and clear surface.

This couple of pets asking SOLD$ shipped world wide-insured.

Oh sorry! Forgot the one of most important :eek:
Longer blade is 9.37 inch long and 0.09 thick. Overall lenght 14.5".
Smaller one blade is 5.62" long, 0.09 thick and 10.74 inches overall.

I gotta say the european knifemakers have a real classy style,and this guys no exception.Very very nice.

Thank You Ross I allways consult my models with one great Cheef from my city. Is really good to know how do masters use theyr knives.
 
There is hidden tang, is long to half of handle. Handle is glued from orange guard and left and right pieces.
