Steel – Elmax – 0,098“ / 2,5mm thick

Total lenght – 11,8“ / 300mm

Blade lenght – 7,3“ / 185mm with DLC coating

Grind – flat to V

Handle – stabilized platane tree

Is the DLC coating food safe? I've personally never seen DLC coating on a chef's knife. I read this thread - https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/are-dlc-coatings-food-safe.1299467/ but no one offers any supporting evidence.

Having asked that, the knife looks nice. Great work.

Just to clarify. Does the $220 include shipping and the paypal fees?

Yes! My DLC is safe for food. Company which mades it is making DLC for some big knife companies and it is ok.
Yes the price is including shipping and fees. You dont need to pay nothing more.
