Let me start by saying this knife is not available. I enjoy making patterns that are a bit unusual and not often seen reproduced in the custom arena. As I was looking through some printed material and here in this forum I came across the the "Elusive Schrade" thread started by Waynorth. The half stockman or as I call it, double ended jack, stockman pattern caught my eye. Here is my rendition of this knife. Thanks for taking the time to view!

Great looking classic, Ken!

Very nicely done Ken.... Looks like you got the color very close to some of the old Schrades too.
I like seeing pics of the inside too. You can sure tell its not a production knife :D

How do you do it, Ken? That is fantastic!:thumbup::thumbup:

Oh, and :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::D

Your dyed and jigged bone looks awesome!!!
I think this is my fav of all the knives you have made (that I have seen pics of)
Keep up the good work................

That's a beauty!

That is one of the things I appreciate most about your work, you are more amenable than a lot of makers when it comes to making different designs.

All I can add is OMG. That knife is beautiful.

(and the person getting it does not deserve it.) ;).

Gus, the person who is getting DOES deserve it even though it's not me.

Ken, man, that knife is something else.

Ken - that is a great interpretation of the pattern!

And some great bone!

Somebody made a huge score!

Top Drawer Workmanship Ken.. Thanks for posting......

+1! Mr. Parker said it!

Quite True, Ken!

I keep rubbing my eyes just trying to get the best view.. And now my eyes are red and watering and my heart is green with envy.

Ken, I am sincerely convinced you improved on this one by adding your own DNA to the gene pool to create this Schrade-Erickson offspring creation here. Now I know what I want for Christmas.

Beautiful, I love the satin finish and swedges on that. The threaded bolsters are nice also.
