Elusive Schrade offspring?

That is a tough knife to fit! On the original, the blades rub a bit on the liners, but I see daylight in all spaces on yours Ken! I'd love to coon-finger and chicken-eye that knife for a bit. . . . . . . . . well, maybe forty years or so!!

Yep to fitting and yep to no rubbing on this one, whew!

Thanks for all the kind comments on this knife. Its very much appreciated!

This pup showed up yesterday. I thought I had an idea of the difficulty this knife presents, but I was way short.

Ken did an incredible job on this knife. If there is a flaw somewhere it is in a place nobody looks. He did not have much room for those two blades and he pulled it off perfectly. They nest beautifully with no rub on the blades or liners. No need to baby this either. Those tolerances are going to hold up for generations.

To top it off the finish inside and out is there with the finest I have seen and da bone rocks, especially for this pattern.

Thank you Ken. This is some cherished work.

Congrats on a great score Gus. Maybe you can bring it to Blade next year so we can paw at it.

Done! (It only has to travel a handful of miles.) :D

Won't be long now. Better yet maybe we can convince Ken to make it down if he can work things out.

That thing is out of the park Ken !!!

It just wouldn't be the same with Carbon Fiber on it
