That one says it's aluminum, if it's the cheap overseas manufacture it's hard to say.

For $4 more, I'd say get the brass one from K&M
 
Just got mine from Fox Ridge. Excellent piece of kit. DaveH, you could thread the cap keeper line in just one hole of the bottom "bowl" and use the other hole for a lanyard.
