Please excuse the post concerning the email fees. This has been verified to be a hoax.
 
I can actually see them trying this one day though. Ignorance is the dominant force behind government actions too much of the time, and until the government actually becomes educated about the internet and new technologies they could actually try something that foolish.

Even as a hoax its something to think about.
