EMC - Essential Must Carry

Customized Emerson production Folding Karambit, set up to be Waved into reverse grip on weak/left front pants pocket. I might wear different ones based on my clothing and how the knife might or might not cosmetically match, but it's always one of these babies -- reserved solely for SD.

Mick Strider/Front|Sight Ti Hybrid HideAway in Pocket-Protection sheath, right "behind" my wallet.

I ALWAYS carry my PE S30V Military because it does everything I need a knife to do. A Gerber multitool always rides in a pouch off my left hip. I will sometimes carry a SAK to back that up. I usually carry another folder in my back pocket; typically a Chinook II or a Police model.

At the moment I always carry both a Victorinox and a Spyderco, although the models depend on whether I'm at work, where the limit is 2 and 1/2 inches.

Work: Recruit and Dragonfly.

Home: Tinker and Endura or Chinook II.

SAK hiker [ last 14 years ]
E2E surefire the last 3 yrs.

Nowhere with pants on without either.

Carbon-fiber spyderco dragonfly. Doubles as a money clip.

Leatherman micra on key chain(s).

I carry a Gerber multitool, if I have a belt on. I will also have 2 knives on me all the time. One knife in my pocket for general cutting chores, for a couple of years now its been a Buck, not sure the model number, its thin and shaped like a leaf. The other is a CRKT Crawford- Kasper large model, that gets swaped out for a Spyderco Endru from time to time.

the knife i always carry is the Emerson LA GRIFFE.

Leatherman Micra on keychain, usually SAK Recruit and SureFire 6P. If possible, I'll add either a Busse Assault Shaker or an Ansø Small Sheepsfoot.

I have really thinned out my collection over the last few months, but a recent addition, my Centofante III, has become my absolute favorite carry. It is light, sharp as heck and hand filling. It is a major improvement over the old Vesuvius and I even like it better than the Native. I've been carrying it since February so it's not case of loving my newest knife. The Centofante III is a keeper. ;)

Leatherman Micra in my pocket since they came out years ago, and Kershaw black boron carbide as my money clip since it came out a couple of years ago. As far as larger knife in my right rear back pocket is a Charles Marlowe SOF-2A with 3 3/4" BG42 since the day I bought it a few months ago. These go in whatever pants I am wearing no matter where I am going except for federal buildings of course.

I think it's probably my swisstool X. I always have that, no matter what other blades I carry... and my Surefire E1e...

Dangit -

I keep forgetting my two other "always carries" until I need to use them.

On my keychain is a David Winston "The Key," damascus clip point.

In my wallet is a Jeff Hall mid-tech Nemesis Ti Card.

My always knives are my Kershaw/Onion Leek and my SAK SwissChamp. Nothing fancy, just hard working tools :D

Though my edc may switch between sebbies & obies, I ALWAYS have a slipjoint in my pocket. Since November '03 it has been a dogleg jack by T.Bose/Case. This is one outstanding.
