Bad experiance with emergencyoptions.com. Tried to order a Spyderco Military listed as in stock. They said allow 3 days for processing before shipping. After 4 days and no shipping notice, no charge on card I emailed them. They said that they had not shipped the order and the knife "may" not be in stock. Looking at their listing again, it now listed the knife in question as out of stock. I emailed to cancel my order and they thankfully complied without issue. Not a terrible experiance, but not the kind of customer service I like to see.

All For Sale threads must have a pic showing the knife being sold with written date listed, your username & Bladeforums or BFC to prevent photo harvesting from elsewhere - scammers hate this one trick! Add me to the list! I was told a knife would be in stock a certain day and months went by (and I sent numerous emails with no response) with no word! They had my money, and didn't want to give it back! After months of BS, I wrote them an ugly email demanding my money back, I no longer want their business. No telephone # to get in touch, poor communication, will never do business with them again!
Guys, first of all, sorry you had any trouble. A few years back we did have some inventory control issues which is why we updated our entire online store to show exactly what is in stock. If an item shows as in stock and is ordered before 11am PT it usually ships the same day. At the latest, the next day. We process hundreds of orders daily and sell at deep discount and do our sincere best to keep prices low and do a good job.
We are not manufacturers and sometimes, they tell us a knife will be in on one date and it simply does not happen. Our system only completes credit card charges when items actually ship so there are no worries there.
Ethies, I don't know why your Spyderco Military that was indicated as in stock did not ship right away?
We are doing our best to get better daily and all we can do is try harder. Telephone support is really expensive guys and we cannot sell at the prices you guys want if we offer phone support.
