Emerson Balisong? Possible?

So it's in the works right? :D

Sorry, not in the works from what I know. There are several new models in the works that haven't been before, and variations of current models such as the Jupiter Commander, Mini, Micro and Super Roadhouse, Micro Commander, etc.

But no Bali :(

As cool as it would be, a balisong would need better F&F than the folders and break-in shouldn't be necessary for the pivots to smooth out. Otherwise, it'd only be marginally better than a decent CCC, but much more expensive.

But it would be great if there was something that could beat Benchmade's current 51 and perhaps rival the 42.

In other words it'd fail- I'll stick to my fhms....

I believe the first two knives Mr. Emerson made were bali's. I was fortunate enough to see one in person a few months ago. It's on display in his new shop.

A custom/production Emersong would be a welcome addition :D

FYI--- I just challenged Ernest to design a balisong, with Bad Intent.

I'd love to see the Emer-Song, it would need to have the same style blade as the 7 though.

I like the sound of the name "EKI-song"

This needs to happen.
Thank you, Charlies.....^
A CQC7 balisong... man.
Just curious, who'd buy one?

I dig the tanto bali.

Butterfly knives just never got my juices flowing. I know there are those who just go ape over em, but to each their own.
