This is one of the signature series knives and there were 104 of these made. Each blade is signed by Ernest Emerson. The box is included but it has seen better days. Does this version have stand offs?

Yes. I think all of the Signature Series knives have stand offs. Even the newer OBS folder I got direct from Emerson comes with stand offs now. This is also a single detent model so it is easier to flick open or wave open.
