Emerson Commander sfs and Leek Composite blem ft

I've got an Emerson Commander sfs that I've carried a little. The only wear it really shows is a few marks along the spine from the rivet in my pocket and the pivot screw. No blade play and just the slightest bit off centered. The clip has a small amount of wear too.

I've also got a leek composite blem that's in great shape.

For the right trade I have a Leatherman Charge titanium I can add too.

I'd like to trade them both for a spyderco southward, but I'm also interested in:
