You made the right decision in 86'ing the Emerson. Emersons are only worth it when found on the secondary market for a drastically reduced price.

Nah, just because you dislike them doesn't mean we all do. I own 10 of them and haven't seen anything wrong with them.

How's this for competitive? Emerson recently expanded his factory because he couldn't keep up with demand.

Not to mention he hasn't needed to advertise in over a decade.
There is a lot of history behind Emerson knives, and I am proud to own 3.
I also own 4 ZT's, and love them as well, but Emerson's ergo's are better in my opinion (except for the 0200) and there is absolutely nothing wrong with 154 cm. Not concerned with F&F...my knives all get used.

OP, bottom line, buy whichever speaks to you most, and then buy the other one next month.

I don't know, I guess its relative to how big your factory is and how big the demand is. Don't get me wrong, I like them but price wise they don't make a lot of sense to me.
