Emerson CQC-7 (Tanto/Satin/PE) for Lrg Ritter Grip (Satin/PE)

I have an Emerson CQC-7 in excellent condition I'm looking trade for a NIB Large PE uncoated Ritter Grip. The CQC-7 is Satin, Tanto, and PE. As far as I know, this knife has never been used: factory Edge is still perfect and there is not a scratch on the clip or blade.
