Really any models. I’m a traditional knife guy so I’m clearing out my modern knives.

Alright. Let me take a look at my GEC collection and see what I’m willing to part with. Do you use your GECs or just collect? I know some of mine have patina from food prep.

I got the patina by cutting up apples and potatoes for food prep and it occurred over time.

I’m still interested in a trade.

I can’t remember for sure but I’m pretty sure it does not.
