Bought a knife that was on a showroom at a dealer . Lockup was at 100% so I got the knife at a heavy discount. Before I bought it I got ahold of emerson anf they agreed to fix it

Sent the knife in and my postman started talking to me and I forgot to include return shipping . Well mail just ran and my cqc8 was I'm there .

Looks like they replaced the TI liner and the stop pin as well as the frame screws . Turn around was about 2 weeks and overall I'm very impressed again with EKI.

This is why I keep coming back .
 
I love the knives, I love the man, now I can love the fact that their warranty stands behind them both.
