Emerson claims this knife is going to be a mainstay in their production. It does make a great slicer. It has a 3.54 in. blade and almost 5 in. handle. It is great for chores around a farm, home, or workplace. I have small hands and it is big for my liking, however, it doesn't look to be too big for my hand. It has never been carried or used.
