Sent in my Commander for a liner adjustment and EKI had it back to me very quickly. They cleaned it, replaced two screws that went missing, replaced the liner (lock side) with a brand new *thicker* liner, re-indexed the lock so it is early and perfect and got it back to me in a matter of days.

Excellent service as always from Emerson.
