Emerson Knives - Excellent Cust. Service

Over the years I've ordered several items from Emerson Knies, mainly apparel items. All these transactions have been flawless until the last one. I recieved a sweatshirt that was going to be a Christmas gift that was the wrong size. Upon notifiying Emerson, the customer service manager Derrick was on the problem immediatley. I sent them back the original shirt which was promptly replaced along with a free t-shirt for the trouble. What an outstanding gesture this was! I felt that service this good definately deserves mention as well as our continued support of the Emerson Knife Co.
