I had an excellent experience with Emerson Knives today. I have a CQC15 that had very late lock up - 101 %. I was going to mail the knife into EKI for warranty coverage but realized I could just drive there. As soon as I walked up to the door I was greeted and asked what brought me in today ( brought my dog too ). The Staff took my knife and asked me if I’d mind waiting about 10 min. Long story short - got my knife fixed immediately, better than new, under 15 min - for FREE I don’t think better customer service is possible. EXTREMELY HAPPY with EKI
