I ordered a t-shirt from Emerson Knives. The shirt I ordered was the Lethal Edge shirt that has the skull logo on the back. The shirt I received had the Emerson logo on the front as well as back. The invoice stated they had shipped a lethal edge shirt.
I call Emerson knives to let them know the wrong shirt had been shipped. The first guy I talk to says that I must not have been clear about what I wanted. I explained that the invoice shows exactly what I wanted. He then asks me if I want to go ahead and buy the right shirt. I explained that I shouldn't have to buy the right shirt because I bought the right shirt to begin with.
He then hands the phone to a lady that tells me that I will have to pay for shipping to return the shirt and then they will send me the correct shirt.
I have no problem with sending the shirt back, but to expect me to pay for shipping for their mistake seems a little much to me.
Seems like bad customer service to me.
