Emerson Knives vs Kershaw Emerson

Southern Grind Bad Monkey in CF is a nice option if you like the wave function, though a bit pricey.

If the "wave" is a big deal to you, there are other brands beside Emerson and the Emerson/KAI collabs, such as DPX HEST and HEAT, Spyderco waved Endura and Delica.

Personally I like more waveless EKI. Wave is nice addition but I think it's bad for liner lock durability.

Some EKI designs always were catching my attention, but I heard opinions of users that steel is dull very quickly and finish is poor for that $$$.

OP, what country do you live in?
Poland

Poland

Well both the Southern Grind Bad Monkey (4" blade, CF or multiple colors of G10) and the Spider Monkey (3.25" blade CF only for now) are available waveless. I have the Spider myself, and it is my favorite knife.

As an American of Polish descent, you probably should care about our economy considering the state of your country before June 6, 1944.

Well I'm not an American. Nice try.

My country after 1944 was lost anyway, 45 years under Soviet Union claws, thanks to western allies, who let it happen. Many polish heroes were killed on soviet order after war. Polish soldiers and polish people don't sit waiting to be rescued - September Campaign, Battle of Britain, Market Garden, Monte Cassino, Tobruk, Warsaw Uprising etc.

Edit - anyway I've few USA made knives, but it wasn't most important aspect when I've purchased them.
