Can someone tell me how large the finger hole is on this knife? I have never seen one and don't know if it will fit my finger. I have fairly large hands and don't want to buy the knife if it won't fit.

It's about the size of a quarter, maybe a tad smaller. I have xxlarge hands it fits snug but not tight on my index finger. Hope that helps..

I just measured it; the inside diameter is 15/16 of an inch.

Thanks. 15/16 is a good fit. I'll probably never use the LaGriffe but I sure do want to try one.

15/16" sounds about right. I have large hands, too. I can get the first knuckle of my index finger through it, but can't get my second one through, which is just as well.

It's a good knife for a specific use. The Spyderco SPOT is another one, & the hole is larger, but I believe they've been discontinued, so they're harder to find & more expensive, I believe.
