This one is for sale. I've had CQC7's before, and Ernie Emerson builds a good knife. This one was purchased to be used as a gift for a grandson...and wasn't used. It's 100% brand new, very tight action...isn't even close to broken in. I've only opened it perhaps six times since I bought it from GP Knives. Never carried; never cut; never used in any way. 154cm blade-steel. The lock and blade is "Oh..SO SOLID." The pocket-clip shows those paint rubs due to living and breathing, I guess. Comes from my holding it and measuring it several times.
The blade mikes out at 2.995" from tip to handle...perfect for those locales where a three-inch max is required. And the black G10 handle is still full-sized at 4.25"... longer than a Grayman Dua and same as Strider SJ75. Much longer than small Seb's 3.92" closed length. Emerson's standard chisel-edge for easy sharpening in the field. I EDC a large Seb or Zaan, and this Emerson is fine in my hand.
And, I've reduced the price significantly from the $179.96 that I paid for it. Price is on the box.
