I’ve only owned this a few months and decided that it doesn’t fit my EDC rotation. So my loss is your gain.
It was a brand new Emerson Mini A-100 that has has the following work to it:
The mods were intended to create a slim EDC carry. Smooth opening, early lock up, and perfect centering.
Knife is in excellent condition – just stropped and only opened some mail.
The only minor cosmetic ding is a small scratch on the right liner near the pivot (see pic.)
Now in 100% transparency, when I received this knife, the steel liner side was not properly surface ground so there’s some black finish on it that was not 100% ground off. You can’t really see it unless you disassemble, and I don’t know why Emerson did it, but I assume they don’t care about aesthetics. It does not impact function and you can’t see it unless you disassesemble but I was surprised.
Includes original box and original G10 scales (but to fit you will need a new stop pin)

- slim contoured G10 scales from @fastlt1nos on instagram
- Outer edges of liners finished to satin – no more machining marks!
- Scales were RIT Dyed by me to this current grey-black layered G10 look
- stop pin and pivot were slighty reduced in height to accomodate slim build
- stainless screw hardware
- stainless thumb disc
- titanium deep carry clip added
