My mini a-100 has been removed from my pocket as my edc more times than any other knife. The only thing is that it has been put back in my pocket one more time than it has been removed. This is easily my favorite carry knife. It is reasonably light and thin, but built like a tank. For some reason it is a difficult Emerson to find. I don't really think it will remain out of production too long. It is simply the best.

I have both the Mini A-100 and the full-size A-100. I like the narrow width and spear point blade. I also like the fact that I could get an Emerson knife that doesn't have the Wave just for something different from them.
The Mini is a great EDC for those 3" and under blade length localities.

I have mine with me almost every day at work. I used to carry a CQC7A but needed something a little more workplace friendly. The mini is a perfect compromise of pocketability and utility. I actually bought two I liked them so much, but I'll probably end up selling my non-user to fund another Emerson stabber. Only thing I did to "improve" mine is add an oversized thumb disc.
