As stated this is in mint condition, only pocketed a few times when I thought I could carry this at work, but it's a little bulky in my casual pants and I haven't carried it in years. I could say this is new in box and no one would be able to tell as it's that nice, but I'll say mint condition to be honest. This is 2009 production with backspacer and it's serial number 91. I bought it new as the only owner and I bought from Action Concepts which is an Emerson Prestige dealer. Centering looks to be spot on to my eye and I've included a pic. Never disassembled and still tight although no lock stick. Original factory edge that may never have cut anything. This will come with box and paperwork also in mint condition and the box is numbered to match the knife serial number. I think this is a fair price and if it doesn't sell I'll probably put it back in the collection as I'm in no hurry to sell. WITHDRAWN
