Emerson Mini CQC 7- Grinding off the wave

Get a nonwaved reblade. You get to pick the grind and steel. No need to stick to chisel ground 154CM.
 
Well when you put it that way, it does make me reconsider.

I guess, like I said initially, it seems a little gimmicky and uneccessary. I've got a Mini A100 which I love (no wave). The regular CQC 7 has a "no wave" option. If I do it, I will take your, and others, advice and send it in to Emerson.
Having said all that, I will concur that nothing opens faster if one is under duress and fractions of seconds matter.
