Designed by retired counter narco terrorist, Ed Calderon. The Elvia design evolved from Ed Calderon's last ditch back up weapon which started as his mother's kitchen utility knife. # 52 of the first run of 100. Knife is in near mint overall condition. There are a couple of modifications made to this knife that are vast improvements over stock configuration. First, the ridiculously super coarse, pocket shredding Emerson G-10 scales were professionally smoothed down. The result is an amazing "upgrade". It was so well done that if you didn't know, you would think it's original. Secondly, the original thumb disk was upgraded to a Gray Precision Aged Copper Monster Thumbdisk, which cost $35. Lastly, a Sneak Reaper pocket clip with "oil slick" finish replaces the stock pocket clip ($20). Stonewash 154CM blade is centered. No nicks, chips or rolls on original Emerson edge. Zero play in any direction. A bit of lock stick as is common with Emersons. RTIF Comes with original thumbdisk, pocket clip, box, papers, and baggie.

2. Spyderco Manix 2 LW, CPM SPY27

. Just a great ULTRA lightweight knife with a full sized blade. I always have some variation of a Manix 2 LW in my collection. And always one of my most used and carried knives. This is a NEW VERSION with body screws instead of pins to make for easy disassembly and cleaning. Indistinguishable from new overall condition. Never sharpened. No nicks, chips or rolls on edge. Blade is just a hair off center, but about as good as it gets for any Spyderco LW models. No play in any direction. Blade flies open with Spydie flick. Drops shut when lock is disengaged. Comes as knife only. PPEZ Currently sells for $182 BEFORE taxes.
