Here we have an Emerson Super CQC-7BT with black blade/plain edge. Box is a little beat up, knife still in plastic, locks up tight and blade is centered. No play. 2005 model.

It appears to be, but to be honest I'm not sure. I believe all Emerson's use a titanium linerlock, No?

Anyway, I added a pic of the lock.
