Blade is perfect never used for cutting. Has been carried about 3-4 times, which generated some minor scuffing on the bolsters, but unless you intend to waste this knife in a safe the scuffs and snail trails will happen. This comes with a padded zip case, and I have the original box and plastic just need to get it from storage. The knife was purchased new about a month ago, just too big for me.
