I have had an Emerson Commander since 2002 and it's been all over the world with me, never had one issue with it. The lock finally started getting too far over to feel comfortable using so I decided to fill out a warranty claim and send it in last Wednesday. I received it today with a new lock installed. The lockup is super early again and the blade play is all but eliminated that was there before.
This is the first time I have had to use the customer service/warranty claim for anything but it was nothing short of quality with a super fast turnaround. Thanks to EKI for making my first loved blade like new to use again. I also had them sharpen it :thumbup:
