No concealed fixed-blades in CA, and I work in an office so strapping one on my hip really won't do. Otherwise, I'd happily EDC the 24. Instead, I EDC the Para2. Can I call it my "folding 24"?

You gotta be kidding me. What a bummer. Weird the smaller non threatening 3" blade 24 would be considered worse than the 3.5" blade nasty looking Para2. CA has strange laws for knives and guns.

I have a couple of Beckers with me every day. They just aren't in my pocket, and in this thread the OP asked specifically what is in your pocket; not what is on your belt, around your neck, in your bag, under the seat of your truck, etcetera, etcetera.......and personally, I got enough other $#!+ in my pockets and even the little Beckers aren't comfortable for me to carry in my pockets. As it is, I spend most of my workday with a bunch of tools taking up real estate and pulling my pants down, so when I'm not working, I want to carry as little as possible, or at least as little on me as possible. Now, if the thread were titled "What stuff do the Beckerheads EDC?" then I would have to take multiple pictures to show all of it. Though I guess that if I were to take the "carry" part of EDC literally, it might not end up being that much. Even my Mongo doesn't actually get carried all that much. In this photo, everything you see was in my pockets....and I forgot to include my wallet:

edit: Not the glasses. They were around my neck and I should not have included them in the photo. This is what happens when you get old. First you need reading glasses and then you start getting CRS....but not necessarily in that order.
 
I will have to ditto GSOM. My pocket dump doesn't include my EDC bag :) this glorified man purse houses my BK2 and goes with me everywhere.

I carry my 14 in my edc bag that is always a few feet from me. I carry an ESEE Candiru horizontally on my belt,that's cousin to a Becker :D...I would much rather carry my 14 on new but I don't have a kydex sheath for it and i refuse to carry it at all in the stock sheath. I made a crappy leather pocket sheath for it but its too big with my wallet and phone taking up most the space.....
 
I used to EDC my 24 too but got a new job and no fixed blades allowed. So I'm getting used to having a Kershaw Storm or a Spyderco Centofante 3 inside my waste band. I agree it makes no sense at all to prohibit a BK24 but allow a larger more aggressive looking Kershaw Storm but I don't get to make that call so it is what it is.
 
Carrying the new RAT1 G10 assist. opening today along with a BK14 in the back pocket. Also a garage door opener and Fenix E01

Keys, small pocket comb, some lint, and a Boker Exskellimoor II. Thats more or less what it is every day. When I'm at work I frequently leave my phone out on the desk (I like to keep it on silent so I'm not "that guy"), so I keep it between my keyboard and my monitors so I can see when someone is calling. I do of course carry it with me when I walk around... but as it is, I'm at my desk typing this right now :P.
 
My cell, pc and I all seem to be having an arguement as to whether or not
I can send pics to my email and download them to BF. It's not going well...

Sooo....

LFP: Leatherman SuperTool 300 and a Bic Mini in one of those
metal cases that make it kinda look like a Zippo.

LBP: A Feild & Stream flashlight I found at a sporting goods store.
I like it. And some change in an old dice bag. (yeah, I'm pretty nerdy)

RFP: ESEE 4 in factory kydex sheath with an extended pocket clip zip-tied
on. Only see the last 3/4" of the handle. I really like this mod. Main reason
I wish the pics would work. It rides, draws and reinserts nice and smooth.
Also, my key ring which has, aside from keys, a Victorinox Mini Champ,
BSA Hot Spark & striker, StreamLight Nano and the zombified form of
a Leatherman PSTII(IIRC) file. It was one of the first ones
to have the diamond sharpening implement. Still works pretty well for quick
touch ups on small blades.

RBP: Cold Steel large Voyager(Model 29TLC IIRC) and my wallet. Which is
basically just a small leather pouch. Other than ID and my meager funds,
it has the DMT credit card sharpeners 325 grit and 600 grit. THey face grit
toward each other and have a thick piece of leather cut to the same size
in between. The leather piece protects from them rubbing together and
is coated with green chrome oxide compound so as to be a great little
pocket strop.

If I ever get the pics to work I'll edit them in...
