Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to EMSPOP. Clay is a great guy....dare I say a friend.....and above reproach in my book!! I'm new, but Clay has made my transition to the forum seamless.....and pleasant! We have consumated one deal and will be finishing a second next week......he may be flyover, but he is salt-of-the-earth!! Clay and I pounded....or humped.....some of the same "pig" or sand......none better than this man......period!!
