I used to work as a machinst and the tool room guys sharpened all the endmills in the shop. They used an indexing head on a tool grinder- a horizontal grinder with a diamind wheel. It is all about the angles. It'd probally be easier to buy new ones or send them out to get sharpened.
If you don't need to do any plunge cutting with it,sometimes you can grind the end off and relieve the center with an ordenary grinder and get some use out of it.But in general it's a wast of time = money and more econmical to buy new ones if you count your time as worth anywhere near min. wage.
