End Mills for Bearing Pockets in Ti

hss counterbores that didn't work
For me HSS doesn't work on TI. I plunge cut bearing pockets in both the TI, blade and whatever the show side is on top of a 123 block without clamping. Works for me YMMV. I have a rotary table I use for stop tracks.

Right...I thought OP was originally asking about doing a plunge cut without a pilot? I could only find the size I needed in hss at the time. With rotary table, I've been using cheap speed tiger carbide end mills off Amazon to cut any pocket or hole, if that makes more sense. I need to check out that link you posted though, that would be faster.
