And here I am just thinking I need another UNK. I love that little knife. Could you make one with a 3.5-3.75" blade? Micarta scales--what ever you have on hand. Solid brass pins. Steel recommendations? (The one I have is in A2; great stuff)

I have become a fan of the CPM-154 lately. Seems Scott has a good handle on the heat treat on this steel too. My UNK in the CMP 154 has been doing great. Really holds a edge for a while and not that hard to sharpen.
 
I've been edcing my 31/4 inch psk for months now. It's cpm 154 and it's great, takes a great edge and all I do is strop it. I use one of those pocket sheaths from ksf
