End the Mystery... the Grab Bag image thread!

Elly's Pa:

No. 3 is a Rodent Trail with tan/black G10. Maybe olive, but I think the picture lighting is a bit dark and it's tan/black.
No. 2 looks like a Rodent 3, dyed bone handles. Unsure of animal origin for bones.
No. 1...no idea.

Nice Scrapivore!

Some more pics of this wild-as-heck Boss Jack (it is a Boss Jack, correct?):

To be blunt, this is entirely too nice for me. I will want to move this piece in the immediate future. But before I do, and to be perfectly clear, because I like being here and would rather not get banned for rules violations, what is the requisite member status to buy/sell/trade on the Exchange?

The Boss is cool.."everything bagel"..haha

Partridge Family bus..lol

That Boss jack is really really nice !! Congrats !!!!

That is one seriously fugly handle!

Could we see the other side of that bagel? Any liners?

We sure can. Sorry for the delay. The Custom Shop did a pretty stellar job matching both sides in Partridge Family fashion. Neither cardboard sheath indicated who inspected/sharpened the blades though, as an observation.

Anyway:

Thing as some girth to it:

That is truly a stunning, one of a kind Knife. Thanks for sharing!

Starting to wish I grabbed more than one bag! Awesome stuff in here all!

My guess is that the custom shop gathered all the smaller left over handle material pieces and batched it all together into one very unique handle. Wont surprise me if that knife was the final knife they finished for this Grab Bag event.

if busse is into recycling there's should be enough A2 and sr101 shavings to make a couple hundred more knives. just need to melt it all back together. I think a handle made with the full array of g10 or micarta scraps would look pretty slick.
