I made this one by hand, no laser, plasma or waterjet cutting. It'll make a useful and fun lightweight EDC or pocket fixed blade for someone, even a necker, just not if you're running and jumping.
Specs
Steel: 3/32" AEB-L, heat treated by Jarod Todd to 61-62 RC
Geometry: Very subtle convex, down to .004" behind the edge: EXTREME slicing geometry.
Overall Length: 7 3/16"
Cutting Edge Length: 3"
Weight: 1.8 oz., 2.7 oz. with sheath
Handle: Micarta, G10, Kirinite. Uses water resistant adhesive, not waterproof, so do not submerge for any duration beyond a quick wash in soapy water.
Sheath: Black Boltaron taco sheath included
Special features: Jimping cut by hand using 20 lpi file
