Greetings friends. I am paring down my collection because as much as I like all these knives, I don't use them enough to justify owning them, but mostly, given how unfriendly Canada is to folding knives, I think it will make more sense for me to carry fixed blades going forward. I have had one too many officers tell me that "any knife that flicks open is illegal". Not worth the potential hassle, especially when I make my own fixed blades.

I will provide info on each folder, but to quickly summarize these are all reground for superior cutting performance over their factory versions, and their handles are also modified for superior comfort. Some are completely transformed into new knives altogether different from the original.

All prices are via PayPal G&S, to the email address I will provide in private messaging (not the one in my sig). Includes tracked, insured expedited North America shipping. Will ship internationally with additional cost. First to post "I'll take it" gets priority.

Here they are, and thanks for looking!

Para Manix 2 XL, CPM-S30V - SOLD
This is literally the first Spyderco I ever bought. I had it for years before I sold it to a friend, and then I missed having it so I traded back again. He and I have both put some work into it, and done some work with it. The blade has been reground to a more paramilitary 2 style blade shape, is thinner behind the edge, and the choil has been removed. The lock spring has been loosened to make unlocking the knife easier, but the lockup itself is as solid as ever. The knife drops shut as is, and there is no up or down blade play. You can feel a little bit side to side if you try, but I have found with most factory models there is always a trade-off between drop shut or some slight side to side wiggle. It will not affect the function of the knife. I modded the handle to be more neutral and comfortable, but retained the jimping in the finger groove for security against slipping forward, and the pinky hook will prevent slipping back.

Military, S30V, Orange G10, SOLD

I only owned one Military before this, a 204-P Millie, and I did the same mods on it as well. Somehow I decided that it was too expensive a knife for me to own and carry as a user, so I sold it, but eventually was pining for another. Well I was fortunate enough to receive this one in trade, and immediately made the same change. I removed the choil, reground the blade thinner behind the edge, and shortened the handle. This one came without a factory clip, but there was a skull faced deep carry clip. I modded it to no longer be a skull (because that's just not something I would have wanted to carry).

Pacific Salt 2, H1

Your standard Pac Salt 2, except pointier, reprofiled handle for increased ergos, and reground much thinner behind the edge. While more comfortable than the factory handle, the FRN where it has been modded tends to pick up dirt more than factory FRN, so you'll either want to wash it more often (I just use running water, dish soap and a scotchbrite pad) or rit dye the handle a dark color. Lockup and deployment are solid and smooth.

Salt 2 Wharncliffe, H1

Modded handle as the Pac Salt 2 above, and also rit dyed a dark green. Reground the blade thinner behind the edge, and it cuts great. Blade is a touch shorter than from the factory due to a tip repair I had to do. Lock up and deployment are solid and smooth.

Resilience Deluxe, 8Cr13MoV

I call this one the deluxe because it is basically the factory Resilience at a glance, but "under the hood" you will find a ton of features that bump it up to deluxe levels. Radiused spine for extra comfort. Reduced weigh in the liners. This knife weighs about the same as a factory Millie, without compromising strength. Reground to near zero behind the edge. Handle edges all chamfered for comfort that soundly defeats that of any factory Spyderco I have ever owned with a G10 handle. I added a detent ramp, removed "China" and "8Cr13MoV", radiused the spine, and rounded the thump ramp for comfort in saber grip.

Basically unused, this one has been modified, and then it has on my wall magnet for weeks and months on end, except when being played with for paper cutting, or occasional cardboard. A ton of life left in it as a user, and with features that vastly improve it in every respect, and elevate it well beyond its original price range. And I am letting you take it for its original price, meaning I am taking a loss. Just remember who modded it when people ask where to get similar work done. ;)

Resilience Modified Clip Point, 8Cr13MoV

All the same mods as above, plus a shortened blade and handle to make a knife that is kind of like the Endela of the Spyderco value line, but with a more Paramilitary 2 style blade. I added a detent ramp, removed "China" and "8Cr13MoV", radiused the spine, and rounded the thump ramp for comfort in saber grip.

Resilience Wharncliffe, 8Cr13MoV, SOLD

This one got quite a bit of use as my Kydex knife, and my go to cardboard knife. It's still in great shape due to my upkeep and has a ton of life left in it. I added a detent ramp, removed "China" and "8Cr13MoV", radiused the spine, and rounded the thump ramp for comfort in saber grip.

Blue Tenacious
Brown Tenacious

These have both had their handle scales chamfered for comfort far superior to the factory knife. The blue one has been reground to a full height zero grind, and the brown one has been given a wide beveled zero grind, but not full height, in order to preserve the black coating for a cool two tone finish. Blades have had "China" and "8Cr13MoV" removed. Spines are radiused. Detent ramps added. The blue knife is set up for left handed carry, but you can switch it if you want. The knife has been carried both ways already.

Unbroken Skull, CTS-XHP - SOLD
Originally pink, this Cold Steel Broken Skull was rit dyed red by previous owner, and upon receiving it, I immediately removed the black coating and branding from the blade bevels and spine (hence the name). I slimmed down the blade by removing the clip, and reground it to a near zero. Now it slices exceptionally well. I replaced the way too small (in my opinion) thumb studs with larger Cold Steel Voyager thumb studs, and it is much easier to deploy now. It has the great lockup to be expected from LT era Cold Steel Triad locks.

Pm received. It's yours!

@Trailer_Ape thought you might be interested in one of these, such as the Resilience Modified Clip Point, 8Cr13MoV above. Inexpensive way to try out a sweet example of what I was telling you about.
