Great knives at great prices. I have one of David's fillet knives in the same length, and awesome tool. Filleted 6 mahi with it yesterday. I have many fillet knives and his is a favorite. Whoever gets this won't be disappointed. Edit to add, the sheepsfoot and or seax would make great paring/kitchen tools and the bowie a great skinner. The heat treatment and blade geometry on David's knives cut it.
