Best knife for its price.

Very nice: a Super Blue and a HAP40.

Yep - HAP40. The dark green one is ZDP-189, the grey one is SB. All 3 have polished blades and edges (that's why only two Spydie logos are visible).

The Endura was an instant favorite for me. It's got good action, great ergos, and a unique look that I grew to love. I have 1 in VG-10 and it's been one of my most carried blades since the day it showed up. VG-10 is more forgiving than ZDP-189 from what I understand.

View attachment 760794 View attachment 760795 I have been playing with the format, moving parts and modifying blades. From L to R: ZDP, FFG, G-10; ZDP, modified Saber, G-10; ZDP, FFG, Titanium; VG-10, FFG Damascus sandwich, G-10; and VG-10, FFG, FRN. My favorite is the one in the middle.
I used to have jigged bone model with a laminate Damascus blade and Titanium bolsters. I flipped it because it did not have pocket clip.

I had the saber ground Endura 4 some years ago and fell in love with the size, weight, and overall handiness of the knife. That said, I hated the out of proportion beefiness of that blade grind, and had a hard time keeping as good an edge on it as I wanted, so I sold it. Even with all my other knives, I liked the platform so much and missed having the Endura, so I recently ordered a new one. Today, as in literally a few minutes ago, I received the Zome green FFG, and all is right with the world again.

I think if a fully serrated version in FFG was offered, I'd be done buying knives :D

In between Tampa and Orlando / 3/4s of an hour away from Port Charlotte.

huh? how can ya be between tampa and orlando which is polk county, and yet be only 3/4 hour from port charlotte?

only thing i dislike on the endura is the front grip area...too big for one finger too small for 2. it feels weird to me but still a great knife.

I didn't mean directly in between. It's about a 75 min drive to Tampa and 2 hour drive to Orlando. Thanks.
