Hi All. I went with the Endura. My first Endura stayed in my pocket for four years before I switched to another knife. This time, I aint switch'n. I really feel I can say that, but you know how that goes! Thanks everyone.
 
only 4 years??

my first spyderco was an endura that stayed in my pocket for 16 years!! the SE got kinda worn so i got a new endura(3) 2 years ago.

the original endura was G2 stainless. it is now retired and in a safe place in my bureau!

Bill-G---Thanks for the reply. I'm REALLY excited about the return of the Endura. It will bring back some memories. G-2! What a great steel and I had the Red handle to-boot! Later.
 
I like my Endura 4 SS SE. It is out having the spyder hole made bigger and jimping cut along the bottom of the bottom of the handle, big improvements.
 
Not to me, if you don't engrave the handles, the need roughing up, bead blasting and traction grooves take care of the slippery problem very well.
