I had the same question. This is my first Spyderco. The Endura is big. I went with a Native and went crazy with the black blade and partial serrations. Partial isn't 50/50 but more like 90% serrated to 10% plain. I went serrated as the only other serrated knife I have is a German Army SAK and it has been awesome.
