Hello guys I just have a quick question about the endura,I've heard ALOT of great things about it I mean its made of vg-10 and it has a FRN handle and yet,its only 53.00 on Newgraham....I dont get it how come its so cheap?i'm not complaining its just so cheap compared to the Para-millie and all of those other Spyderco knives.

Something like fiber reinforced nylon. Translation - really tough plastic.

Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon. It's a fine handle material -- light and very strong. Just doesn't have any snob appeal.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Endura. Personally I like the full serrated version. That's what's in my pocket right now.

Oh ok,so for a knife-nooby like me that sounds great! I'm sold..when I can get my funds all together.
thanks guys!

I just got a White FRN Endura yesterday. It's bigger than I expected. The ergos on the grip leaves some to be desired, but I really like it. It's a lot tougher than I expected as well.

Here are some pics (I should have taken some comparison pics to my Delica).

They're all over. New Graham has some, Knifeworks has some, and I think Tom (Catamount123 on this forum) has one left on sale at www.spydercovt.com.

The White is a Sprint Run, meaning it's kind of "limited edition." Same thing as the black, though, in everything but color.

Got a ZDP Endura on the way. Currently EDC an VG10 Endura in combo edge and a cara cara. Overall I fully recommend the Endura as an all-purpose workhorse. Though the lack of finger choil (which is on the Cara cara) and my personal preference for full liners is the only cons IMO.
